Miththam, an epitome of archaic south indian beauty built by Ramaniyam Real Estates, lies near the famous Nithya Kalyana Perumal temple. Miththam was designed for the wedding of the first daughter of Mr. V. Jagganathan, the owner of Ramaniyam in July 2018 by architect Swetha NS.
The Nithya Kalyana Perumal temple, located at Thiruvidanthai was built during the reign of Pallavas in the 7th century and the history of this temple remains our biggest reasons as to why we chose this particular area. Legend has it that according to the wishes of sage Kalava, who wanted Vishnu to marry his 360 daughters, Varaha marries one maiden every day in this temple, hence the name Nithya Kalyana Perumal (meaning lord who marries daily). The temple is therefore frequented by people seeking to get married or whose marriage marriage is delayed. This location adds to the holy matrimonial atmosphere of being located near this temple and away from the hustle bustle of the city making it pollution free yet easily accessible at the same time.
Miththam as mentioned earlier is close to the heart of the owner as it was built for his first daughter which is why it makes everyone feel at home.
